In 2015, ISO 9001:2015 took centre stage, placing a spotlight on risk and opportunity management. This edition was propelled by the idea of identifying uncertainties, formulating responses, implementing them, and assessing their effectiveness.


Each edition of ISO 9001 focused on different aspects of quality management. From procedures to preventive actions, process orientation, and the management of risks and opportunities, these editions evolved in response to changing industry dynamics and the quest for superior quality.




Navigating Auditing and Customer Complaint Resolution
